PROJECT NAME: Bradelis (La Peche)
Bradelis New York is a store who sells semi-custom made ladies’ lingerie. We used very light pink on the walls as core color to accentuate the cozy atmosphere. The custom made furniture are painted white to emphasize the cleanness.
Also, we created an ample space where the customers can try out the merchandise with comfort.
PROJECT NAME: Lighthouse
Lighthouse is a major information magazine in the Japanese community in Los Angeles County, Orange County and also San Diego County in California. The entire office is filled with openness and contemporary design. The hallway leading from entry lobby to the general office area is designed to represent the ocean by using blue LED lighting in the ceiling.
PROJECT NAME: Noritz
Noritz America, Inc., who sells tank-less water heater throughout North America, has its headquarter in the city of Fountain Valley in Orange County, California. We designed and built the entire showroom at their new office building. In this showroom, each booth has its own theme and we selected the finish material accordingly.
DHC shop inside the Marukai market. The logo seems like it is floating in the air. Subtle and warm light illuminates the DHC's products. The cabinets are made with simple and clear finished maple wood. These were all designed to match the image of bright and transparently clear skin that DHC are proud to create with their years of experience in cosmetic area. PROJECT NAME: Gyu-kaku Sherman Oaks
Japanese-Korean style B.B.Q restaurant and bar(3500sq. ft) This restaurant allows each customer to grill the meat on one’s table. Traditional elements of the Japanese architecture can be seen on the subtle lightings and the intimate seatings. The cooking fumes are vacumed by a downdrift system.
PROJECT NAME: Kabuki Rancho Cucamonga
Contemporary Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar. (5100 sq.ft.) The angulated and curved ceiling was made to express the fluid, inviting, dynamic universe.This restaurant is located in one of the most developing communities in Southern California.
PROJECT NAME: Izakaya Kan Yuzen
Contemporary Japanese restaurant(2250 sq.ft.).Modern materials are combined with a traditional Japanese architecture. The architect placed the kitchen and the sushi bar in the center to maximize the use of apce, and to give more privacy to each customer. This restaurant also has a Tatami room.
PROJECT NAME: Mitsuwa Costa Mesa
Complete interior renovation at a Japanese Market place (24400 sq.ft). It includes supermarket, bookstore, various restaurants, coffee shops, hair salon, cell phone store and other retailers. The store was open even during the construction.
PROJECT NAME: Gyu-kaku Torrance
Japanese-Korean style B.B.Q restaurant. (2500 sq.ft). This restaurant features a charcoal roaster system for each table. According to the style, each table has a smoke extractor under the table so as to make the space look cleaner and capable. PPI is experts in achieving this type of ducting for restaurants.

Tenant Improvement for a Hawaiian- Japanese restaurant(2600sq.ft) A comfortable and relaxing family to-go and dine-in restaurant. The designer created a restaurant which will take you to a crispy and refreshing beach.The color, material, shape, and the decoration creates the warm and natural atmosphere.
Japanese restaurant in Mitsuwa Torrance food court. By using a Japanese authentic materials and construction techniques, the designer created an appealing storefront in a Japanese contemporary food court. This tenant improvement included kitchen remodeling, drawings , architectural plans and construction. This was all completed in about 2 and a half month.
PROJECT NAME: Santouka at Mitsuwa
Japanese noodle restaurant in Mitsuwa Torrance food court. By using the lattice wood, and the dark stained wood on the lower part, the shop has produced an authentic Japanese atmosphere. The last 3 images are 3D computer visualizations.
PROJECT NAME: Momo Style
Remodeling an elegant lingerie store. The designer created a powerful but feminine image by reinforcing the color coordination and the interior design. The curved cashier desk which is the key element in the design was especially made for this store by Projex Pacific.

What about having a delicious meal with a peaceful ambience of Japanese garden? Projex Pacific's carpentry division has floored each table with gravels and have created an artistic but yet traditional design.
